Clerk-Tech Hiring for Customer Service Assistant at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for incoming client and end user cardholder support requests handling or directing and following up internally
• Work with the Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new clients
• Maintain and input client information into system software
• Create and update technology tickets for client and cardholder issues
• Document communication with clients and partners
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure client needs are met
• Highlight any priority items, take initiative in bringing issues to the manager and team

Requirements:

• College diploma/ University degree (marketing, business admin. or relevant field)
• Excellent excel skills
• 1-2 years minimum proven customer service and relationship management experience
• Proven experience with Atlassian tools or similar knowledge base and ticketing systems
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Metabase and Excel or Google Sheets
• Natural affinity for relationship building
• Ability to work efficiently, understand sense of urgency in appropriate situations
• Customer satisfaction focused
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivated
• Analytic problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills

Nice to Have:

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
• Familiarity with credit and debit card markets and products
• Experience using CRM tools

Employment: Full-Time

Work timings: US Shift (6:30 pm – 3:30 am Indian Time)

Location: Work from home (Must have laptop/computer with high speed internet setup)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
