About the Role

Ensure adherence to and define quality standards & system by evaluation & improvement of theproduct & process quality at vendor end to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Responsible forensuring Delivery in desired Cost and committed Time for a new age EV business.Direct focus on: Parts & Vendor Quality

Responsibilities

1)Ensure inspection of incoming parts as per plan (BOP, Spareparts etc.)

• MIS/Report generation
• Ensure closure of issues/ deviations

2)Ensure Quality Sustenance & Improve Existing supplier/components through

• audits/QAVs and gap closure
• warranty analysis
• benchmarking of bestpractices for horizontal deployment.

3)Ensure Product, Process & System approval and establishment for smooth and trouble freedevelopment withinstipulated time duringNew Model development.

4)Set up process and system for Vehicle Finalinspection and approvalfor dispatch for domestic and international market
