ClickOnCare Retail Private Limited Hiring for Accounts Executive at Bangalore Full Time

· Preparation of Statutory compliance for GSTR 1 (HSN Summary Working Mandatory) and GSTR 3B (Input Tax Sheet) workings and Filings.

· Preparation of TDS Reports working and TDS Returns filings for quarterly and annually.

· Reconciliation of Bank Statements, Credit Cards and GST (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)

· Working on Payment Gateway Reconciliations like Freecharge, PayU and Simpl (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually).

· Monthly and Annual filing of EPFO, ESIC and PT Payments.

· Knowledgeable in working on Payroll and Compliances related to salary.

· Ability to handle vendors on Bills Receivable and Bills Payables need to make payment on due or receipt basis.

· Monthly Reconciliation of Purchase, Sales, Debit and Credit Notes.

· Bills Payment to Vendors on daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.

· Monthly Stock Audit and workings.

· Stock Analysis and warehouse management related activities thereto.

· Knowledge in TALLY ERP 9 need to enter in Purchase, Sales, Debit and Credit Notes on daily basis along with Proforma Invoice and Purchase Orders.

· Pass necessary Journal Entries in TALLY.

· Maintaining daily transactions and records of Cash Book, Stationary Book and Stock Book.

· Advance Knowledge in MS Excel, Tally, MS Word is preferable.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
