Job Description

Responsibilities

• Plan and Design Azure cloud solution architectures.
• Prepare all required cloud and infra-architectures on Network, Storage, Backup, HA and DR.
• Expert in network architecture. Responsible for end-to-end network architecture for SaaS platform on Azure cloud.
• Prepare best network design, implement, and support building dev, test, staging and production environments that are well architected and support global developers/users.
• Ability to architect appropriate solution and setup VPN, Azure ExpressRoute connectivity with client environments to roll out products to global clients.
• Experience in design and implementation of multi-tenant, SaaS platform. Ability to design a global infrastructure solution that is secured and compliant to various regulatory standards like HIPAA, GDPR, PCI etc. using best practices and patterns.
• Work with Product development team in building next generation SaaS product.
• Knowledge of all Azure services/products across network, compute, storage, database, security and select right product and prepare the design. Recommend the right Azure Services/Products in design to achieve cost effective solution/product.
• Provision various environments like Dev, Test, Staging environments.
• Define IAM roles, policies, and secured environments.
• Preferrable to have Knowledge of microservices architecture, build containers services, AKS etc.
• Ability to plan and drive DR drills and Penetration testing on Azure.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5-8 years of working experience in planning and architecting Azure Cloud and Infrastructure Architectures on Network, Storage, Backup, Security, Databases etc.
• Hands on experience in setting up Azure services namely Azure Firewall, Bastion, LB, Application Gateway, Front door, CDN, WAF, Traffic Manager, VPN, Azure ExpressRoute, Other Azure services.
• Knowledge on Regulatory compliances like HIPAA, GDPR etc. is preferred.
• Experience in automated infra deployment using terraform, Azure ARM or other tools is added advantage
• Infrastructure as code knowledge and ability to automatically provision environments using terraforms, ansible is an added advantage.
• Understanding software development methodologies and industry accepted software quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of Azure Cloud design/architecture experience with prior infrastructure, datacenter, networking experience.
• Azure Solution Architect Expert Certified
• AWS Cloud, TOGAF or network certifications is added advantage.
• Previous experience in healthcare IT development and deployment is preferred.
