We are looking for lead generation specialists who can work on create strong pipeline of prospects.Job description:

Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for the Indian marketing team
Proven sales/marketing/lead generation track record in IT /software..
Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives

Initiates and participates in new business pitches with the marketing team and own follow-through with the lead prospect
Effectively communicate and present ampersand’s capabilities and value proposition to customers
Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to the marketing team
Working independently with very little supervision
Developing and maintaining strong relationships
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the advertising/ digital marketing/ industry and how it works in order to carry out the tasks without hitches.
Achieving mutually agreed targets for the month

The person:

2+ years experience in sales/ lead gen/ tele-marketing in a similar industry preferred
Must possess excellent English communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in “Selling via Phone” successfully
Knowledge of Hindi is a Plus
Competitive -assertive personality with ability to operate effectively independently
Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint
* Evangelize the company s product and services to potential prospects
