We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our strong and energetic sales team. We are looking for a self-starter who can easily communicate with clarity. You will have the opportunity to push our sales operations to the next level as you work alongside our team to innovate our processes and business. This individual must be able to build relationships cross functionally and work effectively with teams across the US.

Roles & Responsibilities

You Will:
Start as a Sr. Sales Operations Manager, with an opportunity to build the team & processes and grow into a Director role

Help lead our operations through a business transformation from subscription/contract to consumption, both at the strategic and hands-on level.

Have a voice in how we do things, we encourage (and want) you to think like a Product Manager for our Sales Ops

Partner with our Sales teams across the nation

You have:
5+ years of experience in sales

SFDC Expertise is a MUST, and any integrations (Netsuite, Zendesk, etc) is a big plus.

Experience with Saas/consumption and as an SFDC developer is preferred

Familiarity with subscription and/or consumption business models

A hunger for action, collaboration, and leadership

An ability to work cross functionally & build relationships with teams across the US
