Job Summary
Assist management in reviewing existing and evolving operating/financial issues. Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements. Review, reconcile, and/or process credit card vouchers, advance deposits, overpayment, cancelled reservations, tax exemptions, and voucher
Responsibilities and Duties
Follow-up and resolve past due accounts. Set up, maintain, and manage collections of check guarantee service accounts. Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate should be minimum B.Com Graduate.
Should have excellent communication skill with pleasing personalty.
Candidate from Hotel background will be preferred choice.
Candidate should be less than the age group of 28 year.
