We want to strengthen our Operations Team with individuals who can ensure seamless and efficient execution of all operational activities, contributing to CodeChef’s mission of delivering exceptional user experiences.

Location: Bangalore (In-office)

CTC: 4-5 LPA

Responsibilities

Finance Operations:

• Financial Data Management: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data related to contest payouts, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
• Invoice Creation: Generate and manage invoices for various services, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
• MIS Creation: Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to support decision-making and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Payment Processing: Processing timely payments of all the vendors and consultants

Contest Operations:

• Pre and Post-Contest Activities: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of coding contests. Ensure all required resources are in place before the contest and manage post-contest activities.
• Coordination with Contest Panelists: Work closely with contest panelists, including problem setters, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure timely preparation and delivery of contest content.
• Collaboration with Video Editors: Coordinate with video editors to ensure the timely creation and release of contest-related videos and content.

Other operational work:

• Operational Support: Provide general operational support across various departments as needed, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, finance, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial management and invoice processing.
