Currently we are looking for a Learning Coordinator, a person who will be in touch with different parts of our team in order to create a great experience of education for our students.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who comes with prior experience in working in startups specially EdTechs that understands the need of high-performance delivery to meet the set targets that aim towards ensuring overall success of the product and the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subject matter experts, teachers for Live Sessions, Project Reviews and student’s academic issues
• Monitor student’s progress, identify their challenges and own their success within the course
• Collect, analyze and implement feedback received from students at regular intervals
• Monitor a timely response for your tasks
• Ensure overall success of the students in a course and timely completion of the course within the deadlines
• Moderate live sessions over the weekends
• Onboard the students into the course and get them acquainted with the various course elements
• Motivate and assertively communicate with students especially the ones lagging in the course to ensure a high completion rate
• Achieve the metrics and target set for the Support Team
• Cross team coordination to ensure the tasks are completed within deadlines and objectives achieved.
• Understand the learning platform, all the processes of organizing training and answer customer questions on email, chats and calls – we provide trainings, of course
• Report to Delivery Manager
• Host Welcome Webinars/Course Kick Off sessions for the students with ability to present presentations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working in customer facing service roles like Customer Success, Customer Support, Service Support. (Edtech preferred)
• Accuracy, punctuality and ability to work under zero supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to host live sessions
• Should have own laptop and mobile (with SIM) with good internet speed
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Decent proficiency in MS OFFICE (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Gsuite)
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Should have familiarity with Slack, Zoom and any CRM
• Familiar with zoom, google meet, scheduling

Description:

• Job Timing: 9 hour shift between 9 AM to 10 PM IST
• 5 day rotational working week (Weekends working) Weekdays Off
• Full Time Remote
