Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who comes with any experience in working with customers that understands the need of high performance delivery to meet the set targets that aim towards ensuring overall success of the product and the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team mates and students
• Monitor student’s progress, identify their challenges and own their success within the course
• Collect, analyse and implement feedback received from students at regular intervals
• Monitor a timely response for your tasks
• Onboard the students into the course and get them acquainted with the various course elements
• Motivate and assertively communicate with students especially the ones lagging in the course to ensure a high completion rate
• Achieve the metrics and target set for the Support Team
• Understand the learning platform, all the processes of organising training and answer customer questions on email, chats and calls – we provide trainings, of course
• Report to Delivery Manager or Team Leader

Requirements

• Ops Interns or freshers who are ready to learn or a minimum 0-6 months working in customer facing service roles like Customer Success, Customer Support, Service Support, Sales (Edtech preferred)
• Accuracy, punctuality and ability to work under zero supervision
• Should have own laptop and mobile (with SIM) with good internet speed
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Good with data management and Analytics
• Fast + Smart Worker

Description

• Permanent Work From Home
• 9 hour shift between 10 AM to 10 PM IST
• 5 day work week (Weekends working and Weekdays Off)
• Should have their own laptop and stable internet connection
• Should be an immediate joiner within 15 days
• International team
• English is the prior language of communication
