Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Description:
Assist in India & US Bookkeeping.
Assist in Payroll Processing
Prepare approval requests for Vendors payments, bonuses, and incentives ensuring alignment to policies and agreements.
Assist senior in internal controls and audit
Assist Admin to create budgets for events, travel etc.
Audits/processing travel expense claims, incentives, internet expense claims etc.
Maintains accounts payable records.
Address employee and vendor queries timely
Assist senior in Reconciliations.
Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
Experience: 1- 3 Years
Job Location – Remote
Work Timings : 2.30 pm -11.30 pm
Job Type: Full time
Require CA Dropouts/MBA Finance/MCom.
