Roles and Responsibilities

• 
  Lead Payroll Processing
• 
  Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
• 
  Drafts reports and correspondence as required by the management.
• 
  Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
• 
  Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to carryout job tasks.
• 
  Handle logistics for events like for offsite programs, townhalls.
• 
  Create budgets for events, travel etc.
• 
  Ensure travel authorizations, accommodations as per the budgets.
• 
  Audits/processing travel expense claims, incentives, internet expense claims etc.
• 
  Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• 
  Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors.
• 
  Receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures timely payment of invoices/bills.
• 
  Responsible for end-to-end Background Check Process.
• 
  Responsible for end-to-end Group Health Insurance.
• 
  Assist in complying to ISO requirements.
• 
  Lead and drive conducting company events.
• 
  Assist in rolling out Surveys and collecting NPS organization wide.
• 
  Assist in searching for office spaces for the company.
• 
  Be the SPOC between internal and external stakeholders.
• 
  Ensuring smooth logistics operations
• 
  Asset management.
