1. Maintain Day-Day Books
2. GST, TDS & PF Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Filings along with any arising issues.
3. Finalising Balance sheet and P&L.
4. Coordinate with Relationship Manager of different banks to carry out day-day activities.
5. Knowledge regarding import and export compliances shall be an edge.
6. Maintain records of credits been offered to resellers and handle successful recovery of the dues.
7. Draft Board of Resolutions & other documents.
8. Maintain records of external investments.
9. Coordinate with HR department and timely disburse the salaries/reimbursements.
10. Coordinate with Operations & look after day-day expense negotiations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹720,000.00 per year
