Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified SAP Success Factor Recruitment Management (RCM) Consultant with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the RCM module. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with at least one end-to-end implementation in SF RCM and possess strong client-facing skills.
Responsibilities:
Utilize expertise in SAP Success Factor RCM to design, configure, and implement solutions for clients.
Lead and actively participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions within the SAP Success Factors framework.
Demonstrate leadership by providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SAP Success Factor RCM and related technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Success Factor RCM, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP Success Factor RCM.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in team management or leadership roles preferred.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, environments, and technologies.
Strong learning agility and a commitment to continuous professional development.
