Cognizant Hiring for Performance Testing – Bangalore at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Minimum 3-9 years of experience in Performance testing using LoadRunner or any other commercial/open source PT tools such as NeoLoad, SilkPerformer,RPT, JMeter, VSTS

End-to-End performance testing experience which includes gathering NFRs, creating workload by coordinating with different stakeholders

Experience in writing performance test plans

Experience in Performance test script development and test execution

Excellent communication skills and individual player

Server monitoring (DB & across tiers) and results analysis

Expertise in APM tools like Dynatrace /Appdynamisc

Experience in running larger teams and providing estimation

Experience in handling multiple accounts and different internal/external stakeholders
