Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation Tool and Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Networks and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the companys purpose by developing and implementing automation solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation Tool to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide technical expertise in Networks to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions within the existing infrastructure.

• Oversee the design development and deployment of automation workflows to meet project objectives.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise.

• Document automation processes and provide training to team members to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Robotics Process Automation and Networks to continuously improve solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for further automation and process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation activities.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for automation solutions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation Tool and Automation.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Networks and its integration with automation solutions.

• Have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful automation projects.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Show proficiency in testing and debugging automation solutions.

• Display strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
