Cognizant Technology Solutions Hiring for SCCM ADMIN at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

Location : Chennai & Pune

Assist users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SCCM Agent, security & business applications.

Managing & Troubleshooting skills on SCCM, should have a deep knowledge in Software distribution and Patch Management.

Responsible for creating and managing maintenance windows, ADR’s, Patch deployments for Servers and workstations both.

Collaborate with various location IT Leads and perform the patching based on the custom request by business.

Should be responsible for remediating Servers and workstations after patch deployment to improve the compliance %.

Ability to modify or alter SQL/WMI queries and Provide reports against the client hardware & software inventory, patch compliance using a SSRS, SQL or SCCM queries.

Create Custom reports and provide most accurate and user friendly reports on Software installation and patching to key stakeholders.

Remediate end to end SCCM Client side issues on software updates and application deployments.

Provides support with an emphasis on Manufacturing Assets and Internal SLA, deadline should be met with a high level of quality.

Good Hands-on experience on troubleshoot content distribution, DP configuration, Imaging related issues.

Should be able to understand the current SCCM infrastructure and align with Microsoft and drive towards resolution for any issues.

Should be proactive and foresee any problems on patching activities and provide resolution without/with minimal guidance.

Provide support for SCCM server related issues whenever required.

Should take ownership and accountable on the assigned roles and responsibilities.

Good technical troubleshooting, interpersonal skills.

open to work in stretched shifts and weekends as per the work requirements.

Good understanding and experience on Intune is added advantage.
