The JD for Financial Analyst role for Interiors- Global sites support is as follows:
Month end Activities:
- Review and Load Balance sheet (Inter-company activity)
- Re-class entries and post entries to HFM
- Allocation and monthly entry posting in HFM for Overhead Spend
MIS Activities:
- Variance analysis report of Indirect spend
- MIS Reporting for SG&A Expenses
- Revenue Build – Consolidate the variances of Actuals Vs. Plan
Factoring:
- Quarterly factoring with the customers
Accounts Receivable:
- Update Cash Collections on daily basis (Report)
- Data form 38 (Consolidated collection report) loaded onto HFM
