1. Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
2. Entering data from source documents within time limits.
3. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
4. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
5. Keep information confidential
6. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
7. Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
8. Experience with MS Office and data programs
9. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
