ColorTokens Inc. Looking For Associate Manager – Legal at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

Job Summary:

• 13-15 years’ experience predominantly in the IT/Technology industry – prior experience in software product company is preferred.
• Must have a good exposure in drafting, review, and negotiation of customer contracts (Government, Prime contractor and Subcontractor) in US, Europe and APAC region.
• Experience of working on RFPs/Tenders including US Federal/State Govt contracts on compliance and subcontracting.
• Sound knowledge or prior exposure of dealing with reseller/partnership agreements.
• Have exposure on dealing with export-control regulations (ITAR, etc.), CCPA/Safe Harbor, HIPAA compliance, FCPA compliance, etc.
• Experience of working on IP, Licensing and data protection related matters or assignments.
• Worked on legal assignments independently by using analytical and logical skills from risk mitigation perspective.
• Added experience of dealing with any contractual and employment matters, disputes, drafting of notices and global compliance requirements etc.
• Proficient in both verbal and non-verbal communication.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in law
• 10+ years of experience in contract management or other relevant experience with a law firm or corporate legal department
