We work with 100 leading universities and over 10,000 students every year through a portfolio of asynchronous courses and synchronous in-person and online programming; having scaled up from proof of concept to a highly successful, award-winning standalone business.

We are aiming for 1 million students to have had access to our programming by 2030. To achieve this rapid scaling up of our social impact and business, we are investing heavily into a new digital, on-demand content arm of our student business – EvolveCareers.

The role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven and learning oriented professional to join us as LMS Administrator, based remotely out of India (Office is based in Bangalore).

You will work with the Chief Executive, Learning Experience Designer, Content Producer and our central IT team, to set up, administer and manage our brand-new Learning Management System (LMS), LearnWorlds. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for the right learning professional to come in from day one and shape and own our digital learning ecosystem, and through that impact 1 million lives across the globe.

You will be a self-starter, able to take the initiative, anticipate and solve problems, with a keen eye for detail and crucially with experience working with Learning Management Systems. Whether that experience has been in education, training, or a corporate learning environment, you will take great pride and care in creating the best learning environments to drive growth and impact for learners.

As a start-up spinning off an established business, you will bring energy and drive, and a commitment to making this new venture successful. Attitude, grit, ingenuity and a sense of fun are key, as is the ability to work remotely in a global organization and team.

It will be a full time permanent remote role, working from home with travel to our Indian HQ in Bangalore and global HQ in London as the business scales.

As our LMS Administrator you will:

• Be responsible day-to-day for the setup, administration and management of our digital learning ecosystem
• Lead onboarding of learners, liaising with our partners in universities, foundations and youth organizations globally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Manage all queries and issues from learners in the ecosystem with best-in-class customer service
• Work closely with our IT team to manage data and learner data analytics

You will bring the following experience with you:

• Demonstrable experience managing an LMS, experience in the education / EdTech sectors is a big plus
• The ability to communicate with learners and clients, and work across diverse internal teams in multiple time zones
• The flexibility, energy and grit to be able to work in a fast growth and agile global business operation
• A data-led approach in everything you do – with the attention to detail for excellent data stewardship
