Your responsibilities include:
Processing documentation within agreed turnaround times, ensuring consistent accuracy in a high volume environment.
Applying sound risk management practices by pro-actively identifying and responding to risks and reporting them as necessary.
Providing high levels of internal customer service by working with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues.
Participate in end to end User Acceptance Testing of new documents and solutions.
Raise operational continuous improvement suggestions identified while completing tasks.
Performing additional tasks as directed by the Leader to achieve team goals and objectives.
Ensure that you comply with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and all other internal Group policies and procedures, and any relevant external legislative requirements.
Required Skills
Prior experience in a processing role within Banking is preferred.
Ability to think analytically and have great attention to detail in order to solve problems.
A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer literacy including MS Suite.
