Business Unit: Chief Operating Office

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Reporting Relationship: Direct Manager – Senior Manager Admin

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for visitors’ management
• Liaises closely with hosts for ensuring adherence by visitors to relevant procedures.
• Ensure visitors stringently comply to security protocols.
• Manage the visits of overseas employees.
• Execute concierge duties as relevant.
• Extend support on events planning.
• Maintain records as appropriate and other pertinent administrative documents.
• Ensure upkeep of the front desk
• Collaborate with business division’s representatives in ensuring seamless correspondences.
• Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
• Support health, safety and wellbeing related activities

Experience / Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Front Office Management and Secretarial Tasks.
• Ability to initiate improvements.
• Good working relationship with stakeholders
