JOB DESCRIPTION:Job Profile Summary:
Work with the business, HR, Finance and payroll teams to deliver a competitive and effective benefits package to attract top talent in the market and engage employees with their total reward package.
Working directly with the Benefits Manager, the role incumbent will have ownership of the running of employee benefits across the region. He/ she will focus on operational excellence, payroll reporting, provider/broker liaison, tax/legal compliance, financial reporting and employee engagement. The position holder will be an integral part of the HR team and will ensure a measurable contribution to the success of Commvault in the Region. This role will be specialist in nature and will include the complete management of benefits from administration through to the overall management of benefits including conducting market reviews and launching new benefits across the region.
Job Description: Responsibilities:
Management of benefit renewals as required by providing census data, employee communication, payroll updates.
Manage launch of new benefits and existing benefit market reviews, from provider set-up to employee communication and enrolment.
Management of monthly payroll processes for employee benefits (eg. Childcare Vouchers, Pension, medical);
Liaison with benefit providers and/or benefit brokers to manage starters/leavers/promotions etc. ensuring that benefit membership is up to date.
Budget management including raising POs/invoice management & tracking. Working closely with Finance teams across the region
Ensuring excellent customer support, including management of ‘Benefits’ email account, answering employee queries and seeing issues through to completion.
Act as Mercer Gold super user, updating benefit information, reporting etc.
Management of Wellness Program;
Keeping up to date with market/legislation changes across the region, attending networking events and updating benefits as required.
Support the CSR program by organizing, supporting and promoting fundraising events.
Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
Good working knowledge of regional Benefits, including legal and tax requirements
Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders;
Excellent collaboration skills;
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills;
Genuine passion for keeping up-to-date with key Benefit issues and employment law;
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships at all levels, having the ability to influence others in a challenging environment;
Proactive, adaptable to change and flexible skillset to succeed in a fast paced changing business environment;
Ability to refocus effort in line with new business initiatives and changing workloads;
Strong self-motivation and a can-do attitude;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Experience of working with payroll;
Good knowledge of Excel;
HR Systems experience (Workday experience desired).
