Responsibilities: ?~ Overseeing the customer service process.?~ Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.?~ Creating policies and procedures.?~ Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.?~ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback.?~ Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.?~ Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.?~ Generate sales leads.?~ Identify and assess customers?EUR(TM) needs to achieve satisfaction.?~ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.?~ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.?~ Meet personal/customer service sales targets and call handling quotas.?~ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.?~ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.?~ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.?~ Take the extra mile to engage customers.?~ Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.?~ Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.?~ Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.?~ Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.?~ Schedule shift according to production needs.?~ Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.?~ Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.?~ Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).?~ Prepare and submit status and performance reports.?~ Keep paperwork organized.?~ Collaborate with quality control and other staff.Skills & Requirements: ?~ A bachelor?EUR(TM)s degree in administration or Diploma or related field.?~ A minimum of 3 years?EUR(TM) experience in customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative and production planning.?~ Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.?~ Knowledge of CRM systems.?~ Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point).?~ Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.?~ Track record of over-achieving quotation.?~ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening in English.?~ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.?~ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.?~ Excellent communication and presentation skills.?~ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.?~ Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.?~ Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).?~ Working knowledge of ERP systems.?~ Good at math and statistics.?~ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Application Deadline: 17/1/2022Expected Start Date: 20/1/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?,20,000.00 – ?,30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
