Job description: 1. ISP Router configuration2. Handling client & solving problems with proper solution.3. Interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.4. Preparing and updating ticketing documentation5. Understanding of KPI and completion of KRA6. Resolving network issues7. Basic knowledge of computer hardware.Requirements and qualifications1. B-tech, BCA, BCS/ (CCNA, CCNP Certification not mandatory- Completion of these courses would be an added advantage)2. Understanding of VoIP protocols3. Knowledge of networking4.
