Experience – 7 – 10 years
Qualification – Engineer

Location – Gurgaon
About the role:
Would be required to manage the 1 lakh sqft.
Global Exposure
Directly getting involved in partner selection and operations.

Must have experience –

Should have handled at least 75K sqft area
Must have handled multiple vendors to manage services
Experience of getting work done by third party – Facility management
Should have managed Hard services
Must have experienced of utility services – AC, AHU, Electricity etc
Ability to engage Sr Leadership
Event Management
Liaison with government agencies
Good Knowledge of Ms Office – Excel and power point,
Compliance – Security, Facility management, Transport, building/office and other internal audits
Should have personal generated internal reports and have should have taken action on strength and gaps
