Summary:

This role is broad and could involve, among other things, regulatory and privacy matters. You must have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs. In addition, you must have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, small but growing environment and work proactively with various teams, including communications, policy, product management, finance, tax, and customer support teams. This is a full-time position based in either in Gurgaon or Hyderabad and will report to Associate General Counsel, India.

Required Skills:

1. Advise company stakeholders in connection with regulatory and privacy matters

2. Work closely with global teams across departments and offices

3. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work on projects in other areas, including areas involving unfamiliar subject matters

4. Some travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of relevant experience (content, privacy, and / or intermediary liability issues), including prior in-house experience with Internet or technology companies and/or a law firm

2. Ability to work in fast-paced environment

3. Experience working with in-house clients and business partners

4. LLB and excellent academic credentials from a top law school, minimum 5+ years PQE
