Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of Fresher – 5 years of experience in a Korean language support role.

Any experience in Invoice processing is added advantage.

Scope of Accountability:
Seasoned individual contributor who works under limited supervision.

Day to day responsibilities may involve but not limited to communicating with Clients, Site communications and internal teams with quick response turnaround time.

Delivers objectives that significantly impact results for a job area.

Tasks are not typically routine, and may require applying discretion within broad operational boundaries and procedures.

On time delivery of tasks as the process is time bound and strict deadlines.

Knowledge:
Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through experience and/or education.

Proficiency in Korean language

Problem Solving:
Facilitates minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area. Independently proposes solutions to problems for manager review.

Problems faced are general and may require some analysis to resolve.

Manage Site escalations or requests, communicating appropriately and independently.
