Full Job Description
Overview
Provide contract administration support for contract management processes on RFP’s till the contract is signed
Ensure compliance with contract management processes and contract requirements.
Understand company’s approval process and ensures that all stakeholders are timely engaged and informed on the relevant process
Assist team in drafting contract checklist, process documents, track requirements with required stakeholders ensure timely responses and facilitate timely closure of contracts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and recognize issues and provide timely escalation to appropriate stakeholders
Drive contract reviews with the program/project managers
Ensure the Contract Closure process is followed by program/project managers.
Understand and suggest process improvements in the support area.
Education
Bachelor/Master degree required (business management or law)
Functional Competencies:
Sound understanding of the commercial agreement, contract obligations and basic business finance
Fair understanding of legal and compliance principles.Sake
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates promptness, accuracy and consistency with the activities supported
Able to assist with day to day support and to understand delivery requirements
Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, with exposure to leadership
Detail-oriented, sound judgement, prioritization, organized, and adaptable
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Good at using Microsoft Office applications
Effectively manage priorities and stakeholder expectations
Open to work with and understand cross-cultures and locations
