Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Client interactions on the day-to-day transactions.
• Responsible to handle first level of Escalations
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power point
• Willing to work in a 24*7 environment and 5 days working.

Key skills & knowledge:

• Preparing presentations
• Creating Interactive Dashboards for Client and Delivery
• Should be excellent in Excel and MIS
• Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Excel.

Educational Qualification:
Graduation
