Job Title: Senior ReactJS Developer

Experience: 4-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and implementation of modern and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive web applications with a focus on usability and aesthetics.

• Implement reusable components and libraries to streamline development and ensure consistency across the application.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and other backend services.

• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.

• Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability and quality of front-end code.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in front-end development, including ReactJS ecosystem updates and new web technologies.

• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.

• Continuously refactor and improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.

• Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and asynchronous messaging protocols (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL query optimization and data modeling.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

• Understanding of software security principles and best practices.
