About Conduent:

• Collaborate with Business Users to understand business requirements and translate them into techno-functional solutions with impact analysis using Oracle Fusion HCM.

• Collaborate with cross-techno-functional teams to integrate Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems.

• Create detailed Business Requirement documents and other documents part of Change Management Process.

• Customize and configure Fusion HCM applications to align with client business processes.

• Perform data migration activities using relevant tools.

• Experience/Knowledge on supporting Organizational Audit.

• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM updates, best practices and actively participate in quarterly release.

• Familiar on Page composer and HCM experience design Studio by using sandbox.

• Familiar with Auto complete rules and workflow rules.

• Provide on-time functional support/fixes.

• Requires formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, functional, or technical area.
