Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities / Required Skills:

Design, develop

p, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.

Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Collaborates with designers, developers, user experience team and product owners in order to avail interactive and scalable sites/software.

Identify and keep abreast of new methodologies and technologies that improve the quality, reliability, and performance.

Provide functional and technical leadership and mentor software engineers.

Writing great quality code with a relentless passion for automated testing and validation.

Enforce company policies in the areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management and compliance.

Perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment, and production support.

Experience in developing shared libraries and components.

Implement, maintain and update CICD pipelines.

Experience working in a fast paced and highly collaborative position, be highly organized and have an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of experience in backend technologies Java, Spring, Kafka, Cassandra

8+ years of experience in build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus or Sonar

5+ years of experience in Unit and Function testing using Mockito/Junit/Rest Assured etc.

5+ years of experience in following technologies: Redis, Docker, Kubernetes

2+ years of experience in following technologies: Helm, Logback

2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity – coaching and mentoring engineers, developers

Proficiency in Unix/Linux command line

Expertise in using open-source Java frameworks for Encryption, Caching, Authentication

Experience working within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team.

Expert knowledge and experience working with asynchronous message processing, stream processing and event driven computing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
