Job Description

Senior Business Analyst (CloudOps):
You will use your knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous vendor management experience managing product support and business performance of vendors. Your expertise and practical knowledge of applications developed within the business environment will be key in collaborating with worldwide and regional teams regarding service and support planning, implementation, and performance. You will act as a trusted source and advisor with fellow team members by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact between external vendors, software service owners and company stakeholders to support and collaborate with various internal projects within Cloud Engineering organization.
• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
• Leads and develops vendor on-boarding process within the Engineering organization and act as an interface between various internal organizations like legal, finance, etc.
• Manage existing vendors and negotiate license renewals and define vendor off-boarding.
• Reconcile existing Engineering expenses and work with the finance and other departments.
• Work with both off-shore and on-shore teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Leads key business initiatives in support of Engineering organization.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years to establish proven track record in directly related vendor management experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Moderate knowledge of IT, Cloud and services industry knowledge of the company’s organization, policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, planning, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, problem solving with a willingness to collaborate with others working toward the greater good.
• Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.
• Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus. Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.
• Good organizational skills, high degree of accuracy, demonstrated capability working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to multi-task.
• Proven ability to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
