Consultant Service Provider Hiring for General Manager at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India Full Time

Job Description

• Will be responsible for getting the Project completed within Timelines, Cost and Quality Parameters and also responsible for Contract Management and monitoring at site level.
• Ensure Civil, and Other Necessary Jobs completed at Site within defined criteria’s. Cross Functional Coordination with SCM, F&A, HR and Other related depts.
• Must be technically sound on Projects, Project Monitoring and Control.
• Daily site execution reporting to concerned.
• Searching and Handling contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of site preparation and build-out ensuring quality is met.
• Working out the quantities and estimating the manpower, materials required for the completion of the project.
• Should be able to solve project related difficulties including receiving of drawing, material and labour at priority.
• Review and institute operational policies, procedures, systems to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness to achieve operational excellence.
• Responsible to work on strategic matters related to Projects, work on project baselines, monitoring and controlling the project progress with respect to quality, cost, resource management, time overruns, etc. to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
• Design Project budgets and manages overall Project Progress for executing civil / MEP / Interior projects within cost & time norms
• Prepare proper departmental analysis reports/data for the senior management on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls, and the operational efficiency of all the units.
• Leading a department of engineers across Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation verticals for different manufacturing units.
• Project Management and Engineering:
• Engineering, Design and Project Execution for Instrumentation, DCS, PLC, SCADA and other Automation project
• Evaluation of Project Proposal related to Instrumentation equipments for feasibility, design and cost estimates for decision making. Project Engineering & Instrumentation. Detailed engineering for project with latest technology
• Look for ways and drive an integrated approach to Project Planning, Quality, Cost, Delivery (QC).
• Key interface between multi-disciplined engineering team – Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing.
• Financial: Responsible for all aspects of projects within approved cost & time line with highest standards of quality and safety

• Experience any construction highway side and electrical background .
