Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to look after the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks to maintain order, process, and transparency for the company’s finances.

Preparing financial statements and reporting accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company by full awareness of its financial condition.

Responsibilities/KRAs:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. (Like: Credit note, Debit Note, Invoices, Payments, Salaries, Expenses, all entries related to company business)
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
• Maintain & check the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements legally and as per the company’s accounting and financial guidelines
• Reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
• Review the updated financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist & guide junior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Contact the client via calls or mail regarding Invoices and payments (If needed)
• Responsible for all Bank related works (If needed then you’ll have to visit the bank premise also).
• Coordination with CA department
• Handling Vendor payments
• Responsible for completing payroll process in the company
• Responsible for all legal and statutory compliance.
• Responsible for All Store work (If needed then you’ll have to visit store)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant.
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g.Tally)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
• Minimum 5-15 years experience in accounting/finance preferably in a construction material manufacturing company.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
