Job Description

Tasks

1. Good Knowledge in Tire building, curing & uniformity.
2. Supervision and performance of investigations and trials for process and product improvement, in cooperation with the QM Products/Process
3. Identify root cause for process related problem and implement solution through structured problem-solving techniques.
4. Initiation and tracing of corrective actions in case of quality deviations
5. Analysis of quality relevant processes in case of quality deviations, in cooperation with production and PE
6. Responsible for PPS (process, product, system) audit, OE audit and all regulatory and ensure Zero NC’s from the respective area.
8. Ensure all control documents are rightly updated and enforce new directives from central PoMS to plant shopfloor after necessary training, information & support to CFT.
9. Preparation of daily scrap trend and circulate to the relevant members in quality function.
10. Coordinate and handle market return tires for reinspection in Warehouse, Plant facility etc.
11. Q block tires when off-standard products and processes found.
12. Handling continental manufacturing shopfloor tools like MCAT, FFDACS, MVTS, SAP etc.
13. Track & monitor daily GQSC (global quality score card) & take appropriate actions to retain green KPI’s

Qualifications

1.Mechanical/Automotive background is preferred with experience of 4-7years
2.B.Tech qualification with good communication & presentation skills
3.Preferred language proficiency in English/Hindi
4.Good in MS office tools, Minitab, Basics in SAP
