Cybersecurity Product Owner is responsible for analyzing cybersecurity threats and mitigations for a product and will be the primary interface to the customer for cybersecurity requirements and support.

Work experience: 10-12 Years in Automotive Domain with core Cyber security experience

Description:

The Product Owner has the content authority of the Prodcut / Team Backlog. Therefore he/she manages all stakeholders, clarifies the requirements, breaks them down into Features and user stories / enablers and fills the Team Backlog as owner of it. Product Owner is the person responsible for ensuring the value of the work the Scrum Team performs, so that the product is implemented according to customer requirements and needs.

The Product Owner is focused more on the ‘what’ than on the ‘how’.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and continuously maintaining the Product Backlog by adding, deleting, refining and prioritizing epics, features, (Scaled Agile: Product Manager), bugs, user stories and enablers to meet stakeholder expectations

• Being the interface to the customer and collaborating with the stakeholders

• Planning the product releases and organizing the Team Backlog accordingly

• Collaborating closely with the Function responsible and the Agile Development Team

• Evaluating and steers product quality of Agile Development Team deliveries

• Creation and maintenance of Software Project Plan and Software Project Schedule including rough effort estimation

• Performing an external SW kick-off meeting (early in the concept phase) with the customer presenting the project’s objectives, the scope etc.

• Leads overall software relevant issue resolution covering planning, monitoring, driving closure and ensuring successful on time execution.

• Implementation of the overall Third Party software process with Software Supplier Manager (SSM),

• Cybersecurity status reporting to management team.

• Ensuring built-in Product Quality (focus: test results, MLC and review results, approval of features for product deliveries)

• Ensuring implementation that Safety & Security related features satisfy process and product related standards

• Identifying Lessons Learned and organizing appropriate Problem Lessons Learned workshops if needed

• Assures that the SW project is run according to the valid development processes (Stages, ASPICE, ISO26262)

Mandatory Competencies.

• 10-12 Years of hands-on experience in embedded real-time software design and development(C/C++) of which at least 1 year of experience as Cybersecurity architect

• Good understanding of different architectures, hardware & software security concepts, cryptography, debugging techniques

• Expertise in threat modeling process including TARA, Security Concept, Cybersecurity Plan

• Expertise in creating cybersecurity system architecture documents

• Knowledge on incorporating Cybersecurity inputs to different activities of Software Development Life Cycle

• Experience on vulnerability management & handling incident response

• Experience in interfacing with customer and review of customer requirements with a focus on cybersecurity impacts

• Good knowledge in Autosar development w.r.to cyber security

• Should be worked with concept like Secure SW Update, Secure Boot, OTA, Secure diagnosis, Secure communication and other cryptography operations.

• Experience in HSM is added advantage
