10 years relevant professional experience in engineering relevant domain

• 3 years experience acting in a role for leading people in the respective engineering discipline (technical or disciplinary leadership).

• 3 years experience in managing of and working with agile processes (in a fast-paced, automotive environment)

• 3 years experience in coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution

• 4 years working in a fast-paced or automotive environment

• 2 years experience in working in discipline relevant projects

• 2 years experience in working in a large-scale distributed project setup

• 2 years relevant work experience in managing agile frameworks on team level

• Large group training for Agile Frameworks

University degree in engineering relevant domain

• Has collaborated with line managers and supervisors in relation to team structure, professional development of the teams. Effective management and alignment with stakeholders.

• 3 years experience in working in international & multi-cultural environments
