Full Job Description
· Managing overall administrative activities for the office.· Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc. for staff.· Maintains working re· Receive and interact with incoming visitors· Resolves visitor problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.· To attend office guest, maintain good hospitalities and maintain guest records· Maintain office security· Manage and supervise the office staff and housekeeping, maintains and ensuring all workstations and desks are maintained regularly.· Manage vendors providing services for all the facility.· Assist finance department with reimbursements, billings, and transactions· To communicate with all dealers for:- Stationery, Printing, AC’s, Generator,CCTV· To maintain Courier records· Maintain bills of MSEBs, Telephones etc· Maintain dead stock registerCandidate residing near Sanaswadi will be given preference.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personSpeak with the employer+91 9552398927Application Deadline: 20/06/2023
