We are Looking Immediate Joiners For International Voice Process Customer Support.

Below are the eligible details required from the candidate to apply.

We have 20 open positions for this requirement.

Experience: 1 To 5 Years in international voice process

CTC: 1.8 LPA To 5 LPA

Proffered : International voice process like UK , US or Australian market .

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM To 3:30 PM(US Shift)

Notice Period: Immediate to One Week

Qualification: Graduates/ UG

Job Description:
The candidate would be working for inbound Voice process where they would be required to answer incoming calls from various international customers.

The candidate should have good command in English and should be able to effectively communicate with international customers.

The candidate should be good at multi-tasking, juggling between calls and tools.

The candidate should be a graduate:, having excellent work experience on international voice process for customer support.

International sales would be an added advantage.
