Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Admin
Mumbai Office management – Renew municipal licenses for Mumbai office on timely basis and provide on ground support to teammates in submission of physical documents to various statutory authorities like labour welfare fund office, customs for import-export documents, banks, etc.
Ensure timely payments to landlord and other vendors for Mumbai and Bangkok offices and coordinate with vendors where communication/co-ordination with vendors is locally required, for invoicing/ tax/payment related issues.
Welcome internal and external guests as well as any Mumbai office admin work such as handling mail, courier services, name cards, preparation of invitation letters, travel visa applications, facility management, or other tasks assigned by India based leaders and Commercial team.
Support leaders to organize regular team meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up key action items. Provide assistance in meeting room bookings and conference and video calls set-up (if applicable)
Manage all business travel, hotel & airport transfers and expense report/payment request of India and Thailand based leaders
Project management, including scheduling, organization, minutes, and follow-ups. Participation in meetings, workshops and other activities
Support and organizes company events, meetings, eg. conferences, company lunches, etc
Coordinate and assist in on-boarding for new hires (eg. Procuring laptop and other IT assets for them and issuance of company properties such as door access, etc.) and offboarding of leavers in India and Thailand (eg. collection of company properties such as door access, laptop, etc.)
Be the first point of contact in overseeing the office by answering incoming calls, replying to general correspondence and dealing with enquiries.
Coordination with APAC IT team for IT equipment purchase, Laptop stock, Co-ordination with local CAH team for IT related information or emails, co-ordination with local IT vendor for employee laptop setup and shipment.
Payroll and expense related system requests are raised in timely manner and payments are processed on time
Coordinating and assisting the sales team with ordering of stamp papers and notarization of tender related documents.
Coordinate with insurers for employee Insurance additions, renewals, and claims
Responsible for maintaining the office files, vendor files, and other files that are related to the company’s operations and submitting files to Crown record management agency.
Ad hoc activities as required.
Marketing Coordination
Should be capable in managing the vendors and reducing the cost for the service procured by marketing and admin functions
Ability to negotiate with vendors and assure the quality of deliverable
Work with internal stake holders like IDP, CET, compliance, sales and Marketing and follow necessary processes to execute the event and maintain documentations
Continuous sample monitoring and creating archive of feedback of samples provided in field
Coordinate with sales and marketing team to execute training programs and support with all necessary logistics for travel
Work with vendors and marketing for conferences for booth fabrication, branding etc…
Support Cordis internal programs for employees and various quarterly and annual meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications
Should have 5+ Years of experience as marketing or sales coordinator or office administration
Experience in working with creative agencies and market research agencies, particularly providing briefs and evaluating work, would be preferred.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage their expectations
