Corporate Steps Hiring for Accounts Executive at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Full Time

Job Description

Duties and Responsibility –

  • Process incoming payments in compliance with procedures.
  • AR/AP/Reconciliation/Finalization
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Prepare and issue bills
  • Initiate debt collections on overdue accounts
  • Create and update a log sheet for quality control
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording financial data.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR216,000.00 – INR480,000.00 per yearSchedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • UK shift
  • US shift

Experience:

  • International accounting: 1 year (Required)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
