In an environment where data is often missing or of poor quality, we specialize in procuring and analyzing high-quality data from the ground level to ensure that evidence-based conclusions are robust, relevant, and reliable.Outline India is set to launch a new assessment tool called Track Your Metrics (TYM). TYM democratizes data to enable impact metric building for NGOs and tracking of funds spent by donors.JOB DESCRIPTION: The Outreach Associate will engage in expanding Outline India’s Communications vertical’s reach. We are looking for someone who is interested in working with a growing social enterprise.The principal duties of an Outreach Associate will include:

• Analyzing latest trends in communication to support the communications team to develop a cohesive outreach strategy.

• Handling social media posts and supporting the Manager with content creation

• Drafting media articles, research pieces, and blog posts.

• Coordinating with the Business Development team for developing outreach material.

• Attending conferences, meetings, events, and expanding our network.

• Assisting the team in writing concept notes and project proposals.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in media relations, journalism, communications, or social sciences.

• Experience in content development, ability to develop innovative and creative communication strategies

• Experience in social media management

• Knowledge of and experience in handling web-based management systems; editing software such as Canva, Pitch, Figma.

• Proficiency in presenting, writing, and editing.

• Ability to work flexibly and on tight deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent communications skills

• Comfortable using all social media platforms.

SALARY: Based on experienceLOCATION: 10 minutes from HUDA City Center Metro Station – Sushant Lok I, Gurugram.PLEASE NOTE: Candidates with prior development sector and research experience will be preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
