• Duties and Responsibilities-
• To brief them about company position, vision, product details of each verticals, our USPs, value to the customers.
• To establish all verticals of the company in all GIS accounts.
• To generate revenue from existing GIS accounts
• To get timely renewal of approvals with existing accounts and ensure zero loss of accounts.
• To add new GIS accounts to the customers list and to generate revenue from newly added accounts.
• To maintain price discipline with all GIS accounts and ensure zero financial loss to the company.
• To bring key decision makers of government institutions to the company.
• To educate builders, their architects, their sales marketing team, their purchase team on brand, present company position, vision, scale of the company through presentation.
• To get specified in BOQ / Mock ups at the initial stages of the projects
• To pitch excluded vertical to the builder and to get upgradation of excluded verticals and get it approved by builders.
• To maintain price discipline with builders and follow 100% SOPs in case of price increase as declared by company with each builder
• To introduce and promote new products launched by the company.
