Hiring for Mechanical Engineer with Techno- Sales skills

o1) Candidate with techno commercial skills, relevant experience in industrial sales, tools & Equipment’s

2) Assess sites to determine requirement of Client.

3) Develop marketing or strategic plans for sales.

4) Gather information from prospective customers to identify their needs.

5) Develop & maintain the corrective/preventive action systems by prompt follow – up & closure with customers for orders, commercial terms, problem resolution, etc.

6) Provide technical information about equipment and services to potential customers or dealers.

7) Responsible for development activities in the shop floor to improve the performance, reduce losses and increase the productivity.

8)Provide Technical support to staff

9)Provide Product Support, Manufacturing Support & failure Analysis.

10)Develop, Maintain & Ensure Compliance Procedure, work instructions & Best Practices.

11)Developing, Planning, designing & implementing new methods for installation Procedure.

12) Planning & preparing daily, weekly& monthly sales Projections

13)Analysis for process loss/defect & generation of action plan.

14)Liaising with existing customers to develop new business opportunities.

15)Negotiating tender, contract terms & Conditions.

16)Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers & third parties.

17)Reviewing customer drawings, plans, & other documents to quote client accordingly.

18)Prepare CAD drawing presentations for potential customers.

19)Experience with Sliding door and Hot aisle containment will be added advantage.

Competencies & Other requirement
1) Candidates should have 2- 3 years Techno-sales experience.

2) BE Mechanical

3) Should be willing to travel.

4) Experience in industrial sales, tools & equipment sales.

5) Excellent communication skill-Written & Verbal.

6)Basic computer knowledge (MS office, PPT, Excel, Net surfing) & Auto Cad 2D & 3D.

7)Apply only if located at Bengaluru, first preference for North Bengaluru candidate.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
