Join our Geoservices team in Chennai

We are looking for a BIM Modeller to join our global team of experts and work closely with Head of Section. In this role, your finest task will be modelling and executing jobs in the Geoservices point cloud BIM group.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Converting point clouds to BIM models in REVIT.

• Handling Architecture and Structural modelling of large-scale sustainable buildings.

• Working on HVAC modelling, pipe route and raceway modelling on large-scale green industrial facilities.

• To read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications and to set up the drawing’s sheets and add metadata.

• Identifying, interpreting, and applying required client/BIM standards and ensure that the models and drawings are complying with quality standards.

• Responsible for completion of specifically assigned tasks within agreed time and cost

On top of that, you should:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of experience in Scan2BIM/Point cloud modelling.

• Have working knowledge of standards and codes and EDMS such as ProjectWise, BIM 360 and experience in advanced modelling in Leica Cyclone would be an added advantage.

• Be proficient in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word

• Possess good language skills in English (spoken and written)

• Be able to work independently within a project team
