DESIGN THE FUTURE WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS

In this position you will join our global team of experts and work closely with Head of Section MEP. Your finest task in our team will be preparation of high quality 3D models and extraction of 2D drawings from the 3D model.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Be responsible for creating and updating projects in Building Information Modelling with Revit and updating model contents to support on-going designs.

• Coordinate models provided by Architects, Design Engineers, MEP and other disciplines involved in project team

• Be involved in handling and solving clash detections using Revit Structure & MEP

• Assist both internal and external team members in the development of tender documents and as-built document creation and maintenance

• Work side by side with in-house teams and external teams to complete details designs inclusive of BIM deliveries

• Train and mentor junior employees in the use of Revit modelling technology and processes

Furthermore, you should:

• Hold a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering with 10+ yrs. of experience

• Have extensive knowledge of Building Information Model preparation in Revit Structural/ MEP and Navisworks

• Be able to work as discipline lead of BIM Modelling team for Mechanical & Electrical system & services

• Have experience in handling multiple BIM assignments on different projects simultaneously

• Have interest or experience in Visual programming and Dynamo.

• Have proven experience with BIM Standards Implementation and Upgrades along with this having expertise in creating BIM Content for Mechanical and/or Electrical systems & elements

• Be able to prepare document quantity take-off reports & perform quality checks at each stage of submission
