Job Responsibilities –

1. Experience / knowledge in General Accounting and Finance Day to day activities

2. To handle legal related issues and coordinate lawyers

3. To prepare and maintain company secretarial documents and compliance

4. To prepare necessary details for filing of statutory returns, registration and amendments, assessment under GST, RBI, MCA, Bank, Profession Tax, EPF and Labour’ related laws etc.

Expected Skills :
MS office, Computer good knowledge (good knowledge in excel)

Good knowledge in accounting software (Tally, SAP)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Location : Chennai

Experience : Maximum 2 years

Qualification : Any Bachelor / Masters Degree in Commerce / Management
